Key Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our online pharmacy, telehealth and e-commerce platforms.
Gather, analyse and prioritise business, user and stakeholder requirements, and translate them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
Manage and prioritise the product backlog.
Plan and manage product projects end to end, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Work closely with developers, UX/UI designers, QA, pharmacy, clinical, marketing, operations and customer service teams.
Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Oversee the development of web platforms, mobile applications and e-commerce stores.
Work with compliance teams to ensure products meet healthcare and data protection requirements.
Coordinate testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality before release.
Monitor product performance, user feedback and key metrics, and conduct market and competitor research.
Prepare product documentation, release notes and regular progress reports for management.
