Key Responsibilities
Parse, clean, and structure data from multiple sources including product, marketing, and payments; own ETL processes
Build and maintain dashboards for the growth team to use daily
Analyze the full funnel from acquisition and activation to conversion, retention, and revenue to identify suboptimal areas
Generate and prioritize hypotheses that could increase reach and revenue
Turn analysis into clear, human-readable recommendations and visualizations
Answer the growth team's data questions quickly to enable fast decision-making
Help design experiments and measure their results
Automate repetitive workflows including data collection, reporting, and dashboard refreshes
Technical Skills Required
SQL Google Sheets Python
