Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline libraries that abstract build, release, and deployment events.
Design and build internal tools, APIs, and CLI utilities to reduce developer friction and automate recurring tasks.
Develop harness tooling, context systems, and feedback loops to make internal systems API-ready for AI coding agents.
Instrument and monitor developer productivity systems to surface bottlenecks and measure impact.
Partner with application development teams to implement CI/CD best practices and drive tooling adoption.
Join the on-call rotation to support systems during production incidents and contribute to root cause analyses.
Participate in code reviews and author technical proposals to raise the engineering bar.
