About the Role
We're looking for a Lifecycle & CRM Specialist to own the hands-on execution of our CRM and lifecycle engine, from activation and first transaction to repeat usage, reactivation, and referrals.
You'll work closely with Growth and our technical Martech team to build, launch, test, and optimize campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and in-app.
What You'll Do
- Own Customer.io / Braze end-to-end: build flows, triggers, segments, and journeys
- Configure, QA, launch, monitor, and troubleshoot campaigns independently
- Execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention, reactivation, winback, and referral
- Design and analyze A/B tests and turn results into actionable improvements
- Monitor campaign performance by segment and channel
- Partner with Martech to translate campaign needs into clear technical requirements
- Own the campaign/Martech backlog and ensure reliable, on-time execution

What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in Lifecycle, CRM, or Growth campaigns
- Deep hands-on experience with Customer.io, Braze, or a comparable CRM platform — core requirement
- Strong experimentation and data analysis skills
- Experience across WhatsApp, SMS, email, and/or in-app
- Strong project management and technical communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and messaging instincts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient
- Fluent in English and Spanish
