2. About the Opportunity:
The Content Marketing Manager role is responsible for advancing the content strategy by creating and managing marketing materials that effectively communicate the organization''s core narratives to security and IT audiences. This position plays a key role in developing and executing content programs that support pipeline growth and brand awareness, contributing directly to how the organization engages with its target markets.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage production of long-form content such as guides and industry reports
- Develop content for paid media and publication campaigns
- Evolve and execute the organic social strategy, primarily on LinkedIn
- Create and produce short-form video content for social media
- Build and scale a creator-led content strategy involving internal and external contributors
- Identify and repurpose content from webinars, events, and existing assets
- Manage freelancers and external contributors to maintain quality
- Design efficient workflows to scale content output
- Provide editorial support ensuring consistency with the organization’s voice
- Interview customers and subject matter experts to develop stories and case studies
- Translate technical subjects into clear, engaging content
- Collaborate with the Brand team on visual assets and content consistency
- Work with Demand Generation to analyze content performance and iterate
- Prioritize content initiatives across ongoing programs and campaigns

4. Requirements:
- 5-8 years in content marketing, editorial, journalism, social media, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven experience managing content programs and social media strategy end to end
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating clear narratives and brand voice
- Deep understanding and passion for social media, particularly LinkedIn
- Ability to repurpose content effectively across formats and channels
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors
- Skilled in using AI tools to enhance content production while maintaining a human focus
- Comfortable editing short-form video content
- Familiarity with AEO and SEO best practices
- Data-driven mindset with ability to adapt based on performance insights
- Enthusiasm for building and running impactful content programs
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or technical audiences is a plus but not required

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The base salary for this role targets up to $145,000 depending on experience, skills, and location.
