Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team. If you love design and keeping up with the latest trends, this could be for you. You'll design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and mobile apps, collaborating with the development team to translate project requirements into solutions. You'll create detailed designs in Figma, including frameworks, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. You'll also help build and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all projects. Staying updated with web design trends, participating in design reviews, and leading effective conversations with different teams will be key parts of your role.

Need To Have:

• Strong knowledge of Figma
• Current portfolio showcasing your design skills and attention to detail
• Experience with design for analytic/data insight based projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design technologies
• Familiarity with design principles such as typography, color theory, and user-centered design

Nice to Have:

• Track record for turning ambiguity and complexity into effective design solutions
• Knowledge of JavaScript and interaction design
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Desire to learn new tech and skills while challenging the normal
