About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our Product & Development team. In this role, you will act as a key technical reference for AI and LLM integration within our cybersecurity SaaS platforms. Your expertise will bridge the gap between software development, product vision, and cutting-edge AI research. You will design, develop, and optimize LLM-based solutions tailored to complex cybersecurity use cases such as documentation analysis, compliance evaluation, threat intelligence data processing, automation, and hypothesis generation. Your work will directly contribute to the industrialization of AI models, ensuring their deployment is secure, efficient, and scalable. You will also lead initiatives around MLOps pipelines, model supervision, and security, while promoting best practices and technological innovation across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI-driven cybersecurity products in a fast-paced, impactful environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in applied LLM engineering with proven production systems
• Expertise in open-source and commercial LLM models
• Strong skills in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Proficiency with AI frameworks and orchestration tools (e.g., pipelines, ML orchestration)
• Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, and vector search techniques
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and cloud deployment environments
• Experience with cybersecurity domain is a plus
• Understanding of security, resilience, and compliance issues related to AI systems
• Previous experience in SaaS or platform product environments
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Design, train, adapt, and integrate LLMs into our cybersecurity SaaS products
• Develop advanced architectures such as RAG, LLM agents, reasoning chains, embeddings, and semantic search engines
• Optimize model performance, latency, and costs in production environments
• Translate complex cybersecurity use cases into effective AI solutions, including documentation analysis, compliance checks, threat intelligence data processing, automation, and hypothesis generation
• Contribute to product roadmaps and challenge functional and technical choices from an AI perspective
• Implement and manage MLOps pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models
• Ensure AI model security, addressing issues like prompt injection, data leakage, hallucinations, and output validation
• Participate in infrastructure decision-making for scalable deployment
• Serve as a technical leader and support resource for development and product teams
• Promote best practices in AI/LLM within the organization and maintain active technological watch
