Support implementation readiness by assessing user needs and preparing teams for changes.

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior HRIS Analyst role focuses on advanced technical support and management of the Human Resource Management System (Workday) and other HR technologies. This position ensures effective system configuration and operation to enhance the colleague experience and supports business goals through automation and seamless solutions.


3. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap in collaboration with HRIS leadership and business stakeholders
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Workday and other HR technologies
  • Administer Workday system configurations, business processes, security, compliance, notifications, and data migrations
  • Lead user acceptance testing, including scenario and test case documentation
  • Mentor junior HRIS analysts and provide subject matter expertise on assigned Workday modules
  • Implement process improvements and policy changes to enhance system efficiency and user experience

4. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Workday HRIS administration and configuration
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in cross-functional settings
  • Knowledge of HR systems, employee life cycle transactions, and HR solutions implementation
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design and related tools
  • Advanced technical skills in Workday business process workflows and system rules
  • Expertise in data management, error-free EIB loads, and complex reporting
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently
  • Attention to detail in system testing and data integrity audits
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Effective communication and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured system processes
