Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Designer from Vietnam who can transform complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design seamless user experiences and visually appealing interfaces. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to bring innovative solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with project goals and user needs.
- Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-centric designs that adhere to Gallimore Software's brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Web & Mobile Design: Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles.
- User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance user experience.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
