Foreman - Telecom Construction

TalentWorld is recruiting a Foreman withing the Telecom Construction industry in Calgary, Alberta for one of its valued partners. If you’re exploring new opportunities in the telecom construction field, this role could be an excellent fit. In this position, you will be responsible for leading on-site crews, running daily site plans, and supporting field operations, directly contributing to the success and operations of our partner company.

Schedule: Rotation: 15 days on / 6 days off, typical workdays 10–12 hours

The typical hiring range for this position is $40 to $45 per hour and is specific to candidates located in Alberta. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills, and competencies, and you’ll have room to grow after you join! Foreman Responsibilities

• Lead on-site telecom construction crews for cell towers, rural builds, and 5G upgrades
• Conduct daily site kickoffs and set work plans
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager on schedules and project requirements
• Train, guide, and support crew members in the field

Foreman Qualifications

• 5 years of telecom field experience (must be comfortable climbing towers)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license (abstract required)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
