Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious, highly detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our international video game and anime music concert tours and related merchandise. Based out of our Tokyo office, you will act as the voice of our brand and official IP partners to drive social strategy, orchestrate global campaign launches, oversee CRM, and collaborate with local fan communities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Orchestration: Plan and execute major concert tour announcements in tight coordination with global IP holders across social media, PR, CRM, and partner channels.
* Social Media & Community: Manage content calendars, post creation, and active community engagement across various official artist and tour accounts.

* CRM & Email Strategy: Strategy, design, and execution of targeted email newsletter campaigns across all active tour franchises.
* Website Operations: Maintain and update official tour websites; lead ideation and layout requirements for new sites in collaboration with external web contractors.
* PR & Media Relations: Coordinate with agency partners on press releases, interview management, and media outreach.
* Brand & Asset Management: Build and maintain comprehensive media kits; ensure global promoters and internal teams strictly adhere to official IP brand guidelines.
* Localized Fan Engagement: Conduct grass-roots outreach and foster partnerships with regional video game and anime fan communities globally.
* Paid Media: Set up targeted paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Reddit).
* Basic Design: Perform in-house image resizes and basic video cuts (interfacing with external artists for complex assets).
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing, entertainment, or live events.
* Fluent English required; Business-level Japanese or higher is a strong plus.
* Ability to work full-time from our Tokyo office, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed to coordinate across international time zones with global partners.
