About the Company

Job Description

• Refactoring and Creation of Test Code: Acquire domain knowledge and resolve technical debt through communication with offshore teams.
• Development of Projects Initiated by Product Managers: Work on projects requested by Product Managers.
• Bug Fixing: Address and resolve software issues.
• Middleware Version Upgrades: Update various middleware versions.

Requirements

Must

• More than 3 years of experience in web application development (Languages: TypeScript, Java, Go, etc.)
• Ability to persevere through challenging situations
• Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 level (essential for communication with the Customer Success department)

Better

• Over 5 years of practical experience in web application development, or equivalent experience
• Experience in improving system quality and productivity based on effectiveness indicators such as Four Keys
• Experience in managing technical debt with consideration for ROI
• Experience in communication and negotiation with the business side
• Experience in development within a Scrum team
• Experience in resolving large-scale technical debt
• Experience in external communication through event speaking or technical publicity
