Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on SEO Specialist with the potential to grow into Head of SEO within 1 year to oversee and manage SEO operations across multiple client accounts. You'll run day-to-day SEO operations, set strategy, and execute across on-page (specifically with Yoast SEO), technical, local, content, AI-assisted optimization, and backlink strategies. You'll work mainly on WordPress sites, collaborate directly with web developers on SEO site structure, use tools like Search Atlas, SEMrush, ClickUp, and Google Search Console, and help evolve SOPs as the company scales.

Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of hands-on organic SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
- CRM / Project Management Tools: Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, and Email communication tools required
- Softwares: Search Atlas, SEMrush, Google Search Console (proficient), WordPress, Yoast SEO
- Industry Knowledge Required: Organic SEO, AI-assisted optimization, blog creation, backlink strategy; experience in trades/home services or agency environments highly preferred
