The company works with natural ingredients, botanical extracts, flavour systems, essential oils and specialised raw materials serving the food, beverage, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and fragrance industries.

We are seeking a Product Training Specialist to develop and deliver structured product training for commercial teams, distributors and business partners across GCC markets.

The Product Training Specialist will transform technical and commercial product information into clear, practical training materials.

The successful candidate will work with suppliers, product specialists, commercial teams and distributors to improve product knowledge and support effective customer communication.

This is not a direct sales position.

• Develop product training programmes for commercial teams and distributors.
• Prepare presentations, product guides and training materials.
• Deliver in-person and online product-training sessions.
• Explain product characteristics, applications and key differentiating features.
• Coordinate technical information with international suppliers.
• Support the onboarding of new products and product ranges.

• Maintain an organised library of current training materials.
• Adapt training content for different customer segments and industries.
• Coordinate training calendars with commercial teams and distributors.
• Support product-launch activities through structured training.
• Collect participant feedback and identify additional training requirements.
• Update training materials when product specifications or documentation change.
• Support internal teams in communicating product information accurately.
• Participate in selected customer workshops, exhibitions and industry events.
• Track completed training activities and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product and Technical teams across different markets.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in product training, technical training, product support or technical-commercial roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand technical product information and communicate it clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good organisational and project-coordination abilities.
• Confidence presenting to professional audiences.
