Principal Backend Engineer (Java/Golang) - infrastructure in CHINA

Our software engineering team is expanding in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Dubai. You may choose to relocate to one of the above locations. Successful candidates will be provided with relocation support.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, performance optimization, issue resolution, and maintenance of middleware such as etcd and Nacos.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize internal Java/Go frameworks (based on Spring), and address queries from business lines.
• Project experiences on middleware and infrastructure will be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Java/Golang concurrent programming, familiar with high concurrency, distributed communication, storage, and related technologies.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiar with the Linux operating system and open-source middleware software.
• Familiarity with middleware such as etcd and Nacos, with experience in maintenance and optimization being preferred.
• Familiar with the gRPC framework, with experience in gRPC framework development and optimization being preferred.
• Proficient in commonly used troubleshooting tools such as arthas, tcpdump, Linux commands, etc.
• Preference will be given to open-source contributors or individuals with a long-standing technical blog.

• 负责中间件etcd、Nacos相关开发、性能优化、问题修复、运维等工作
• 负责内部java框架（基于spring）的开发、维护、持续优化、业务线答疑
• 帮忙业务方解决技术难题，用技术推动业务发展。

任职要求：

• 熟练掌握java和golang并发编程，熟悉高并发，分布式通信，存储等相关技术；
• 本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
• 熟悉Linux操作系统、熟悉开源的中间件软件；
• 熟悉etcd、Nacos等中间件的，并有相关维护调优经验者优先
• 熟悉gRPC框架，有gRPC框架相关开发及优化经验者优先；
• 熟练常用的问题排查工具，如arthas、tcpdump、Linux命令等
• 开源贡献者或者是有长期积累的技术博客的优先.
