About the Opportunity:
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition leads the development and execution of recruiting strategies during a critical period of organizational growth. This role is responsible for building a high-performing talent acquisition function that combines human connection with AI-driven insights and modern recruiting technologies. The position influences workforce planning, strengthens employer branding, and delivers exceptional hiring experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and executive leaders across a national, fully remote organization.
Responsibilities:
- Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand workforce and talent needs
- Foster an inclusive, candidate-centric hiring experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Mentor, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and strategies
- Introduce innovative solutions to complex hiring challenges
- Implement AI-driven and data-centric recruiting practices
- Leverage Workday Recruiting and emerging technologies to improve hiring quality and efficiency
- Develop recruiting dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights
- Identify workforce trends and proactively address hiring challenges
- Lead enterprise recruiting strategies for corporate, exempt, field, and distribution center positions
- Establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards within the Talent Acquisition team
- Ensure recruiting processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and consistent
- Analyze staffing challenges and implement targeted recruitment solutions
- Collaborate with HR, Communications, Learning & Development, Marketing, and business leaders to strengthen employer branding initiatives
- Advise executive leadership on talent planning, hiring priorities, and workforce trends
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to support organizational success

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- At least 4 years of experience leading and developing recruiting teams
- Experience supporting both corporate/exempt and field/distribution center/non-exempt hiring
- Required experience with Workday Recruiting
- Strong ability to leverage recruiting metrics, analytics, and data to drive decision-making
- Experience implementing AI-enabled recruiting practices and technologies
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting vendors, and recruiting operations
- Recruitment marketing and employer branding experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated leadership characterized by integrity, humility, accountability, high standards, and results orientation
