This role works directly with enterprise clients on large-scale product implementations, integrations, and business transformation initiatives.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with banks, insurers, enterprise clients, product teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful product implementations.
• Own functional analysis across API integrations by validating REST APIs, JSON payloads, Postman requests, connector mappings, data transformations, and end-to-end business workflows.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications (FRDs), user stories, process flows, mapping documents, UAT scenarios, and implementation documentation.

• Partner with developers, QA engineers, product managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to resolve issues, support testing cycles, manage defects, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize advanced Excel to perform complex data analysis, mapping, reconciliation, reporting, dashboards, charts, and business insights for insurance and financial-planning implementations.
• Coordinate UAT execution, production validation, defect triage, release readiness, and client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Integration Analyst, or similar client-facing implementation role.
• Strong hands-on experience working with REST APIs, Postman, JSON, request/response validation, API integrations, data mapping, troubleshooting, and system integrations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, reporting, dashboards, and structured data analysis.

• Experience working on enterprise software implementations, UAT, business process mapping, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Prior experience within insurance, life insurance, financial services, banking, wealth management, fintech, or insurtech environments is highly preferred.
• Candidates based in Bangalore, Bengaluru, Mysore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Noida are encouraged to apply. The role is based in Bangalore with five-day work-from-office, and relocation support may be considered for strong candidates.
