About The Role
We are seeking experienced E-EFMP UI/UX Designers to join our dynamic team supporting enterprise applications within a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. These fully remote positions play a crucial role in enhancing user experience through designing intuitive, accessible, and efficient digital interfaces. As a UI/UX Designer at DecisionPoint, you will work closely with product managers, developers, business analysts, and mission stakeholders to translate complex requirements into polished, user-centered design solutions. Your expertise will ensure that our digital services align with best practices in human-centered design, accessibility standards, and usability principles, ultimately supporting the mission's operational needs and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Secret clearance supported by a Tier 3 background investigation.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Digital Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, human-centered design, or digital interface development.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
- Knowledge of accessibility design standards including WCAG and Section 508.

Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps for enterprise applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Translate user requirements and mission workflows into intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance usability.
- Create both low- and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools to visualize design concepts.
- Document interaction patterns, navigation structures, and visual design guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs, providing support and clarification as needed.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508 guidelines.
- Create and maintain style guides, component libraries, and comprehensive design documentation for consistency across applications.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and refinement sessions.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to continuously refine and improve the user experience.
