Requirements
You’re a seasoned pro with 5+ years in a Head of Product or Product Team Lead role, and 7 years in product management overall
You thrive on building and motivating high-performing teams
With a strategic mindset and hands-on capabilities, you’re always two steps ahead of the game
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, and a Master’s degree would be the cherry on top
Experience in B2C products (Fintech industry)
You’ve got a solid grasp of software development lifecycle models and agile techniques, and you know your way around business modeling, P&L, and ROI
Metrics like CTR, CTI, and LTV are your bread and butter, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into A/B testing and UI/UX testing
Fluent or at least Upper-Intermediate level of English
