WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team you will
manage quantum computing projects. Your main tasks will be:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for AI projects.
- Ensure effective execution of AI projects, managing tasks, milestones, and deliverables to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teams to allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and software tools, to meet project demands.
- Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial and scheduling constraints.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to AI projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may impact project success
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for a
Project manager with background and interest in Quantum technologies. Main requirements are:
- At least four years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally related to Quantum technology projects or AI.
- Strong understanding of Quantum techniques, machine learning, and data science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional customer orientation and experience in managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum.
- Proficient level in English and German (at least C1 level)
