Requirements
5+ years of experience working in product teams with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software to a global customer base
Proven management experience in leading a team of product managers
A deep passion for business growth, with a keen understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to constant tracking and improvement
Proficiency in conducting A/B and A/A tests, along with a strong grasp of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, or equivalents. Ability to draw meaningful insights independently from data
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalents
A strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest ideas, patterns, and trends in online business growth strategies. An eagerness to share and discuss these insights with colleagues
Excellent communication skills, including an upper-intermediate level of English
A growth mindset, a willingness to take ownership of challenges, and a passion for building innovative products
