Configure Moveworks skills, actions, integrations, and domain connectors to automate tasks across platforms like ServiceNow, Okta, Azure AD, and O365
Tune large language model prompts, test output accuracy, and refine agent decision logic for optimal automation performance
Build secure integrations between Moveworks and enterprise platforms while ensuring data security and compliance
Implement structured data ingestion, knowledge synchronization, and retrieval patterns for effective information management
Define agent behaviors, policies, safeguards, and escalation paths to ensure reliable and compliant automation
Monitor agent performance through observability dashboards, analytics, and quality scoring metrics, and implement continuous improvements
Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, and emerging U.S. AI oversight regulations
Maintain comprehensive documentation for prompts, flows, integrations, and agent governance processes
Participate in requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder demonstrations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support UAT, deployment, and post-deployment optimization
Provide training and enablement for client teams adopting Moveworks agents

About The Role

The Moveworks Agentic AI Developer is a key role within Templar Shield’s expanding AI practice, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent workflows and autonomous agents on the Moveworks platform. This position requires a deep understanding of Moveworks AI capabilities, enterprise integrations, natural language workflows, and automation engineering. The successful candidate will build end-to-end agentic automations to support IT support, security remediation, HR processes, and enterprise service automation, enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with architects, business process consultants, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into sophisticated, autonomous agent behaviors that streamline operations and improve service delivery across various enterprise systems.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing AI-driven or automation-based solutions using platforms such as Moveworks, ServiceNow Virtual Agent, MS Copilot, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Moveworks configuration, integrations, and custom actions.
  • Strong proficiency with APIs, JSON, automation frameworks, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Solid experience with at least one ecosystem such as ServiceNow, O365/M365 administration, or HRIS platforms.
  • Skilled in designing conversational experiences and natural-language automation logic.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into structured agent behavior and autonomous decision flows.
