About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Full-Time Recruiter to join our remote team and support our expanding operations. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will own the entire candidate lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition, capable of building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process, contributing to the overall success and growth of Triwill Group.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include at least 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role, with a proven track record of engaging passive and active candidates. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Breezy, is preferred. Familiarity with government contracting recruiting, including sourcing for cleared or specialized roles, and experience in high-volume or fast-turnaround hiring environments are highly desirable. A background in military or veteran recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies. This includes creating detailed job requisitions and descriptions, defining intake expectations, and establishing clear timelines for feedback and decision-making. You will proactively source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, and referrals, maintaining organized candidate pipelines within our ATS. Screening candidates for qualifications, fit, and interest is a core part of the role, as is managing communication throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. You will facilitate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring managers in making informed decisions. Additionally, you will negotiate offers, support candidate onboarding, and continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing and screening processes. Your insights will help ensure a healthy pipeline of talent, especially during hiring surges or when filling recurring roles, thereby reducing time-to-fill metrics and supporting organizational growth.
