About The Role
People Results is seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations across multiple functional areas, including employee lifecycle management, HRIS administration, benefits, payroll support, compliance, and HR reporting. The Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in ensuring HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant while providing exceptional support to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders. This position is fully remote and works closely with internal teams to support Human Resources operations across the organization.
Purpose of the Position
The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing timely support across onboarding, HR systems, benefits administration, payroll coordination, compliance, reporting, and employee records management. In addition, the Senior HR Generalist helps maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data, supports continuous process improvement initiatives, and contributes to the efficient delivery of HR services that enhance the overall employee experience and support organizational success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
- Support employee relations matters while partnering with managers and leadership.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity through regular audits and system updates.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Assist with HR technology improvements and system implementations.
- Support data validation and reporting requests.
- Administer employee benefits, enrollments, life events, and benefit communications.
- Assist with compensation administration and salary data.
- Partner with benefit vendors to resolve employee questions.
- Support annual open enrollment activities.

- Partner closely with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Audit payroll-related data for accuracy.
- Assist with employee status changes affecting payroll.

- Assist with ACA administration and reporting.
- Maintain required employment records and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external HR audits.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong working knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations (including ACA, FMLA, etc.)
- Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and complex HR scenarios
- Experience supporting compensation, benefits, and employee relations activities
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
