Job Description

As the Senior Technical Delivery Lead at StrataBlue, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI orchestration and voice infrastructure projects. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, managing distributed engineering teams, writing technical specifications, and ensuring software quality through direct code reviews and rigorous estimate validation.

What You Will Do

• Write detailed technical specifications and manage offshore/distributed vendors directly to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Perform hands-on code and diff reviews, settling technical disputes with engineering judgment rather than escalating issues.
• Reject padded estimates and hold vendors accountable for billing and quality, ensuring progress is measured by working software shipped.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience (Node/Python) before transitioning into a technical delivery leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing offshore vendors and navigating difficult conversations regarding billing, quality, or timeline estimates.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a preference for async accountability and the ability to work in Central or EST timezones.
