Job Description
Build production mobile apps in Flutter for active client projects: Zotic, Sportify, Shield, and others. You own features end to end, from spec to App Store and Play Store release, working directly with our product and backend leads.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Flutter and Dart in production. You've shipped at least two apps that real clients use
- Solid understanding of state management in Flutter (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider) and the judgment to pick the right one per project
- Experience consuming REST and WebSocket APIs, handling auth tokens, offline state, and proper error recovery
- Have shipped to both App Store and Play Store: signing, the review process, OTA updates
- Care about UX details: tap targets, loading states, empty states, error states
- Read and write English well enough to participate in code review and async technical docs

- Build and ship Flutter features on active client products, working from designs and API specs
- Integrate with the .NET backend our team builds, and surface gaps in the API design early
- Own release pipelines for your apps: builds, signing, store submissions, crash monitoring
- Code-review peers, and mentor less experienced Flutter devs as the team grows
- Contribute to internal Flutter standards (architecture, testing, CI) as the team scales
