About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor responsible for developing and enhancing our mobile applications, primarily built with Flutter and Dart. Your expertise will help shape the architecture and design of our mobile solutions, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality, performance, and user experience that our clients expect. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate ideas into functional, scalable features while maintaining a user-centric approach. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that impact our global user base, supporting various operational workflows and field technician needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.
• Proven expertise in full-stack development, including working with backend services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience consuming and collaborating on REST and GraphQL APIs, with the ability to discuss backend design and data models effectively.
• Hands-on experience directing agentic, AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and MCP integrations.
• Exceptional debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills, utilizing observability tools like Sentry and Datadog.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.

• Partner with product managers and designers to rapidly prototype ideas, validate concepts, and turn them into durable features.
