About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BI Developer / Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and creating automation workflows that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data mining, extraction, and modeling will be essential in delivering actionable insights from financial and operational data. Additionally, you will work with RF and video monitoring platforms such as Dataminer and Qligent to support long-term performance analytics of hybrid satellite and terrestrial delivery systems. This is a remote, long-term position designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values independence, and has a strong business acumen to translate data into meaningful solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and database architecture is required. Proven expertise in RF and video monitoring and analysis, particularly in broadcast or hybrid delivery environments, is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with monitoring platforms like Dataminer, Qligent, or similar tools, as well as strong skills in SQL, Azure, and XML. Experience with ETL/ELT processes and creating dashboards using Power BI and Tableau is essential. Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities are critical for success in this role.

• Develop scalable and flexible data models to underpin reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
