Job Description

Role: Web Project Manager

Key Objective:

The Web Project Manager will work with a diverse team of designers, developers, and digital marketing specialists, both internally and outside the company.

Experience (junior, mid-level, etc.): Mid-level

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets to ensure projects meet profit targets.
• Handle project change requests, assessing impact and ensuring proper documentation and approval.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates via email, online and in-person meetings, and our project management systems.
• Assign and manage tasks to resources within the project team and outside the organization (contractors etc.)
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Regularly report project progress and current status to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Project Management in an agency setting
• Extensive experience with WordPress (operation, design, and/or development)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Business level Japanese speaker with excellent command of English
• Ability to work and think independently and flexibly
• Self-driven, adaptable and maintains goal-oriented and positive mindset
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Proficient in using project management tools and technology
