The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead QC/QA programs for mission-critical construction projects. In this role, you will oversee quality standards across complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on data centers, MEP systems, and building-envelope performance. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on some of Texas’ most critical construction projects.
Location: Texas (projects all over Texas so travel will be required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan, including inspection procedures, testing requirements, and quality documentation.
- Conduct field inspections across all construction scopes to verify proper material storage, handling, and installation.
- Apply technical expertise in data center Tier requirements, redundant systems, and building-envelope performance.
- Lead quality meetings and collaborate with project teams to identify, document, and resolve field issues.
- Maintain accurate QC records, inspection reports, and supporting documentation in Procore and related systems.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction management, computer science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in QC, superintendent, or field engineering roles
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification required
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with mission critical, healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred
- USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferred
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience building data centers or Open to candidates with experience in: Healthcare/Hospital construction Oil & Gas construction Semiconductor facilities
