We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations, support employee development, and help build a positive and high-performing workplace culture. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing people processes, partnering with leadership, and driving HR initiatives in a fully remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations and employee lifecycle processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Partner with managers and leadership on employee relations and people-related matters
  • Support performance management, employee development, and career growth initiatives
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity and confidentiality
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports and insights to support workforce decisions
  • Ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment laws and company policies
  • Coordinate employee training, professional development, and learning initiatives
  • Support compensation, benefits, and workforce planning activities
