About the Role
Super Hire is recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the organization's people strategy and human capital initiatives.
As a member of the executive leadership team, the CHRO will oversee talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operations while supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's human resources strategy.
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational planning and workforce strategy.
- Drive organizational culture and change management initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the Human Resources function.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Significant executive-level HR leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience leading organizational development and talent strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
