Role Description The HR Generalist Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities that support a global, learning-focused organization. This role will handle HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and coordination of payroll inputs, while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The HR Generalist Executive will manage employee relations by addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, coordinating engagement initiatives, and assisting with grievance resolution. The role also includes contributing to HR policy implementation, maintaining accurate HR records, supporting recruitment and selection processes, and preparing regular HR reports and analytics for leadership. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and proactive communication are key to ensuring a positive employee experience across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support end-to-end HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS management, and coordination with payroll teams.
- Skills in Employee Relations, with experience in handling employee queries, engagement initiatives, and basic grievance management.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including the ability to interpret, implement, and communicate policies clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in common HR tools and MS Office; experience with HRIS platforms and data reporting is beneficial.
