The HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary administrator of the UKG Pro HCM platform for a global organization of over 3,000 employees. The role involves configuring and maintaining Core HR, Payroll, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, and People Analytics modules, designing BI dashboards and workforce reports, managing security architecture and role-based access, configuring leave and payroll rules, supporting system upgrades and integrations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to optimize HR technology processes while ensuring data security and compliance.
- Administer and maintain UKG Pro.
- Configure Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Onboarding.
- Build BI dashboards and People Analytics reports.
- Configure workflows and business rules.
- Manage UKG security roles and permissions.
- Configure PTO, leave policies, and accrual rules.
- Configure pay rules, shifts, overtime, and schedules.
- Implement upgrades and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot system issues.
- Work with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Optimize HR processes through automation.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance.
