- 3+ years of UKG Pro (Legacy UltiPro) implementation and administration
- 3+ years of HR & Payroll HCM experience
- 3+ years of HCM system administration
- UKG Pro Certified (Required)
- Experience serving as the primary UKG Pro Administrator
- Experience with Core HR
- Experience with Payroll
- Experience with Onboarding
- Experience with People Analytics
- Experience with UKG Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience configuring UKG Time & Attendance
- Experience with Universal Time Management (UTM) module
- Experience configuring complex pay rules
- Experience with multi-state or global workforce Time & Attendance configuration
- Experience designing and auditing UKG Security Roles
- Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience configuring system security, workflows, and business rules
- Experience deploying system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
- Experience creating BI dashboards, reports, scheduled reports, alerts, and analytics
- Experience configuring PTO, Leave of Absence, Accruals, and Holiday policies
- Strong troubleshooting and HRIS support experience
- Experience working with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors
