Healthcare Advanced Analytics & BI Analyst I
Department: Billing & Finance / Revenue Cycle Management
Employment Type: This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must currently reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
Experience Level: Entry-Level / Early Career
Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Central Time, with occasional weekends as needed

You’ll use Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze performance, build dashboards and reports, identify trends, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career analyst who wants to grow in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, AI, and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Use SQL to extract, combine, validate, and analyze data.
- Perform advanced Excel analysis using PivotTables, formulas, lookups, and Power Query.
- Analyze claims, denials, A/R aging, collections, payments, payer performance, clean-claim rates, productivity, and revenue trends.
- Investigate performance changes and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for operational and executive leadership.
- Support AI, forecasting, and predictive analytics projects.
- Validate data and maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, and calculations.
- Protect confidential healthcare, patient, and financial information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Zero to two years of related professional, internship, academic, or project experience.
- Foundational or working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, data visualization, data validation, KPIs, trend analysis, and basic statistics.
- Ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
