Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for one or more core modules, aligning feature priorities with business KPIs and customer value.
- Conduct user interviews, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify unmet needs and product gaps.
- Write detailed PRDs and UX specs, collaborating with designers and engineers to ship MVPs in 2–4 week sprints.
- Track adoption, retention, and feature usage metrics; run A/B tests and iterate based on quantitative + qualitative feedback.
- Partner with GTM teams to position product features, train sales, and support customer onboarding post-launch.
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal roadmap reviews and executive strategy sessions.
