Position Overview
This is a 0-to-1 build role focused on two critical pillars: aggressive talent acquisition to fuel rapid business growth, and robust compensation & performance frameworks to attract, motivate, and retain top talent in Vietnam's competitive FMCG/beauty market. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and C&B architecture while ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (40%)
Design and execute the end-to-end recruitment strategy for Vietnam, covering all functions: Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
Build a multi-channel sourcing engine: local job portals (VietnamWorks, TopCV, LinkedIn), headhunter partnerships, campus recruitment, and employee referral programs
Establish employer branding initiatives tailored to the Vietnamese talent market, positioning Company as a top employer in the beauty/FMCG sector
Manage high-volume hiring for frontline sales teams and retail/store operations, as well as executive-level searches for leadership roles
Develop talent pipelines and succession pools for critical positions; maintain a robust candidate database and talent community
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: job profiling, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Build and mentor an in-house recruitment team; implement ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for process efficiency and data-driven hiring metrics
2. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management (40%)

Design and implement a competitive C&B framework from scratch: salary structure, pay grades, job evaluation system, and market benchmarking against FMCG/beauty industry standards in Vietnam
Develop short-term and long-term incentive programs (sales commissions, performance bonuses, stock options/RSUs where applicable) aligned with business targets
Build a performance management system (KPI/OKR-based) that drives accountability, differentiates high performers, and supports fair merit-based rewards
Oversee monthly payroll processing, social insurance (BHXH/BHYT/BHTN), PIT (Personal Income Tax), and statutory compliance with Vietnam Labor Code
Conduct annual compensation surveys and salary reviews; ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Manage employee benefits portfolio: health insurance, meal allowances, transportation, and other perks tailored to local market expectations
Design and implement sales incentive schemes and variable pay structures for revenue-driving roles
3. HR Operations & Compliance (15%)
Ensure 100% compliance with Vietnam Labor Code, social insurance regulations, and employment laws across all HR processes
Draft and localize employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks in both English and Vietnamese
Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and termination processes in compliance with local law
Handle work permits, visas, and relocation for Chinese expatriates and regional assignees

4. Strategic HR Partnership (5%)
Partner with the Vietnam Country Manager and China HQ on workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and organizational design
Provide data-driven insights on hiring metrics, turnover analysis, compensation trends, and performance calibration to senior leadership
Support culture-building initiatives that align Company's entrepreneurial spirit with local Vietnamese workplace culture
Qualifications:
1、 Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
2、 Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on recruitment or C&B in a leadership capacity
3、 Industry: Must have experience in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, retail, or e-commerce; Chinese MNC experience highly preferred
4、 Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of 0-to-1 recruitment team building and high-volume hiring (100+ hires/year); strong headhunter and talent network in Vietnam
5、 C&B Expertise: Hands-on experience designing salary structures, incentive schemes, and performance management systems from scratch; deep knowledge of Vietnam payroll and tax regulations
6、 Local Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Vietnam Labor Code, social insurance, and PIT regulations
7、 Languages: Fluent English (business-proficient for policy drafting and HQ reporting); Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred; Vietnamese native or business-proficient required
8、 Tools: Proficient in ATS, HRIS, and Excel; experience with payroll systems (e.g., C&B software)
9、 Entrepreneurial, hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment within a listed company structure
