About The Role
Our client is a Sharjah based entity undergoing a significant shift in their corporate structure, and they require high quality digital interfaces to support this transition. We are adding an Associate Web Developer to the team to help build and maintain the web based tools and portals used during these mandates. This position is necessary to ensure our digital presence and client deliverables match the rigor of our strategic advice.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain clean, functional web pages and internal portals that support our client mandates.
• Translate complex data from our portfolio clarity reports into clear, easy to navigate digital dashboards.
• Update and refine existing site structures to reflect changes in corporate governance or client operating models.
• Conduct technical research on tools that can improve the performance and security of our web applications.
• Test web interfaces across various browsers and devices to ensure a consistent experience for board level users.
• Collaborate with our advisory principals to ensure digital deliverables align with the specific goals of each mandate.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for all code and technical processes to support internal knowledge sharing.

• Assist in the deployment of updates for our public facing websites and internal management tools.

What We Are Looking For

• A solid understanding of core front end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• The ability to explain technical problems and solutions in plain English to non technical colleagues.
• Strong logical reasoning skills and a disciplined approach to debugging and solving code issues.
• A preference for simple, clean code over unnecessarily complex or flashy solutions.
