AI Business Analyst - Healthcare Data

Employment Type: This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States.

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, with occasional weekends as needed unless otherwise stated by management.

Summary of the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst with strong SQL and Power BI skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in analyzing healthcare datasets and presenting findings to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical data analysis and management support.
• Curate and organize electronic medical record (EMR) data.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and validation.
• Present analytical findings directly to the C-Suite.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and workflow documentation.

Qualifications

• BS or Master’s Degree in Analytics, IT, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience manipulating large datasets.
• Hands-on SQL and Power BI expertise.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
