Job Description
Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is a women-owned, BEP-certified IT services firm headquartered in Naperville, IL. We partner with mid-market enterprises to deliver AI-first, governance-driven digital transformation. Our team of seasoned CIO/CTO practitioners works side-by-side with clients across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare — and we're growing.
About the Role
This is a lead-level Figma development role for a design systems expert who has built and governed enterprise-grade Figma component libraries, led design-to-development handoffs, and used AI design tools to prototype and deliver at speed. You are not just a designer who uses Figma — you are a Figma power user who thinks in components, variables, and design tokens, and who bridges the gap between design and engineering with precision and authority. If you have 8+ years of Figma and UI/UX design experience and have led design systems at enterprise scale — we want to hear from you.

- 3+ years of HR operations or HR generalist experience supporting employees based in India
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
- Experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, exits
- Familiarity with payroll processing and coordination with payroll vendors or providers
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for statutory filings and recordkeeping
- Excellent written and verbal English — comfortable communicating with both India-based employees and US leadership
- Proficiency with HRIS/HR tools and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working hours that overlap with both India and US teams
