About The Role

We are seeking a talented iOS Engineer to join our innovative team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the native iOS experience of our platform. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless, reliable, and high-performance mobile features that facilitate efficient recruitment and job search processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, backend developers, and AI specialists, to translate ideas into functional, user-friendly mobile applications. Your work will directly impact millions of users worldwide, helping them find jobs and connect with employers more effectively. We value engineers who are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, maintaining high-quality code, and continuously improving app performance based on real-world feedback.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in native iOS development using Swift, with a strong portfolio of shipped applications used by real users.
• Solid understanding of iOS frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, and asynchronous programming with async/await.
• Experience with iOS architecture patterns and best practices for building scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Strong product sense with a focus on UX/UI design principles and user-centered development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug production issues, optimize performance, and enhance app stability.
