Marketing Coordinator for a fully remote position working closely with our Dubai-based team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives. The role involves a combination of project management, strategy, and communication skills to ensure campaigns are carried out effectively and on time.

In addition to marketing coordination, this role will work closely with the Marketing operations manager and the Head of Marketing to ensure smooth workflow management across marketing projects and assist in project management tasks, helping to maintain schedules, track progress, and improve efficiency in marketing operations.

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.

• Support external off-site campaigns, including logistics and operational management.
• Maintain marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives and campaign timelines.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive insights.
• Compile and analyze marketing performance metrics, including campaign results, forecasts, and consumer trends, to support strategic decision-making.
• Track and evaluate marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.

Traffic & Workflow Support

• Assist the Traffic Lead in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining workflow efficiency across the marketing team.
• Help allocate tasks within the marketing team and follow up on pending items to meet deadlines.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking ongoing and completed projects, ensuring visibility for stakeholders.
• Managing the day-to-day workflow of live work going through the marketing department.
• Working closely with the Traffic Lead to advise on current schedules, resolve resourcing conflicts, find solutions to tight deadlines, and run weekly scheduling meetings.
• Reporting and checking on Timesheets weekly and chasing up where necessary.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent mediation and communication skills.

• Good organizational and planning skills.

Experience Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role.

• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Understanding of traditional and digital marketing techniques, with the ability to adapt to current trends.

• Good knowledge of the steps required for delivery of creative digital marketing campaigns.

• Experience of working in a fast-paced digital agency/marketing environment, preferably in a delivery or operations role.

• Experience using Resourcing software such as Jira is desirable.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools, data analytics softwares, and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
