Help lead the charge in defining visual quality for frontier AI models. As a Creative Briefing Designer, you will translate abstract brand concepts into structured technical directions and evaluate model outputs. This remote, asynchronous role focuses on improving AI's understanding of aesthetics and design principles across web, product, and brand formats.

What You Will Do

• Develop comprehensive creative briefs that serve as technical instructions for AI model training and evaluation.
• Critique and rank successive model iterations to provide precise feedback on visual hierarchy, typography, and composition.
• Translate complex brand values and aesthetic requirements into actionable constraints for diverse digital asset types.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• At least 5 years of professional design experience across web, UI/UX, brand identity, or generative media.
• Proven track record of creating detailed creative briefs and articulating design feedback through formal critiques or direction.
• Exceptional command of design fundamentals and the ability to explain subjective aesthetic judgments in clear, written English.
