About The Role

Mindrift is seeking a talented freelance Web Designer to join our team for the Tendem project. In this role, you will be responsible for designing marketing pages and layouts that are optimized for conversions. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual identity of the Tendem brand online, ensuring that all web materials align with the broader brand ecosystem. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented designer who has hands-on experience in UI and marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. The role is part-time and remote, offering flexibility for designers looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment. Collaboration with Tendem Agents and developers will be essential to ensure the seamless integration of design and functionality, resulting in engaging and effective digital assets.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in web design, with proven experience in creating marketing and conversion-driven layouts. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in UI/UX design, responsive design, and branding is required. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar is essential. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus, enabling better collaboration with developers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this remote, freelance role.
