We operate as a global, remote-first team and are focused on delivering outcomes, not just activity.
Role Purpose
Are you a delivery-focused professional with a strong Agile mindset and a passion for enabling high-performing teams?
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives by supporting teams, optimising Agile practices, and ensuring alignment between Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people, process, and outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment. It is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable challenging teams, driving accountability, and ensuring outcomes are delivered, not just discussed.
Key Accountabilities
- Own and drive delivery across one or more engineering squads, ensuring committed work is delivered on time and to quality standards
- Establish and enforce strong delivery discipline, including sprint planning quality, backlog readiness, and definition of done
- Work with Product Managers to ensure clear prioritisation and a continuously healthy, delivery-ready backlog
- Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies early
- Track and report delivery performance using clear metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time
- Drive continuous improvement across teams by identifying inefficiencies and implementing better ways of working
- Lead Agile ceremonies where required, while focusing on outcomes rather than process compliance
- Support and drive PI Planning / Big Room Planning to align teams with business priorities
- Act as a key point of accountability between Product, Engineering, and Leadership
- Champion the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Kiro to improve delivery efficiency, documentation, and team productivity
- Actively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Kiro to improve delivery efficiency, team productivity, and operational workflows
