We're looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to grow our Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook presence from the ground up. Starting with approximately 200 followers per platform, you'll create engaging content, build active communities, and drive measurable growth with U.S. parents and caregivers.

What You'll Do
- Own the growth strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create engaging short-form content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, educational posts, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Build and manage a content calendar for U.S. parents and caregivers.
- Plan and optimize paid social campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and qualified followers.
- Engage with followers and build authentic online communities.
- Collaborate with therapists and RBTs to turn their expertise into compelling content.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve content and growth strategies.
- Stay on top of social media trends while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

What You'll Bring
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of U.S. culture, parenting audiences, and social media trends.
- Proven success growing social media accounts with measurable results.
- A portfolio showcasing engaging short-form content.
- Experience building engaged communities, not just increasing followers.
- Knowledge of social media analytics, SEO, and content strategy.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- A creative, data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and improving content.
- Experience in healthcare, ABA, education, or family-focused brands is a plus.
