💼 Strategic Operations / Project Manager (Private Markets)
📍 Remote (EST Preferred | East Coast Candidates Only)
💰 $56/hour | 12-month Contract (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process improvement & operational efficiency
- Partner with investment, ops, and tech teams to optimize workflows and reporting
- Manage projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment
- Leverage data to drive insights, automation, and decision-making
- Support and enhance systems like DealCloud and portfolio management platforms
- Help implement AI and automation tools to modernize operations

🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in project management, operations, or financial services
- Experience in private equity, private credit, IB, or consulting

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
