Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

PayOn is a large-scale HoReCa (Hospitality) SaaS platform with fintech capabilities, serving restaurants, cafés, hotels, and food courts.

The product is in its final QA and release phase. We are not looking for someone who only performs basic smoke testing or routine manual testing.

We need an experienced SQA Engineer who can validate a production-ready product from every possible angle before launch.

This role requires independent thinking, curiosity, and deep product understanding.

• 4+ years of professional Software Quality Assurance experience

• Strong experience testing large-scale web applications

• Excellent analytical and logical thinking

• Ability to identify edge cases and hidden bugs

• Strong understanding of complex business workflows

• Experience with API Testing (Postman or similar)

• Experience validating complete business processes

• Ability to think beyond documented requirements

• Strong bug reporting and documentation skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Perform deep end-to-end product validation

• Test complex business workflows across the platform

• Identify functional, logical, UI/UX, security, and workflow issues

• Validate payment and fintech-related workflows

• Perform API testing and backend validation

• Challenge product assumptions and identify hidden risks

• Work closely with developers before production releases

• Ensure the product is ready for launch with confidence

Note: Depending on the hiring requirements, one or more interview stages may be combined into a single interview.

PayOn operates within a fully remote environment.

Candidates should be comfortable attending meetings with their camera enabled whenever required.

Screen sharing may be required during working hours for collaboration and quality reviews.

• Salary: PKR 150,000+ (Based on KPIs)

• 1-Month Probation Period
