Junior AI Automation Developer

Bavarian Capital is expanding our technical capacity to support a significant engagement with our partner in Riyadh. The Junior AI Automation Developer will support this effort by building and maintaining the tools that allow our investment teams to focus on high level analysis. This position is a full time, permanent role that contributes to the long term stability and operational efficiency of the firm.
About the role
In this position, you will work within our AIS team to apply modern technology to traditional capital management processes. Our firm avoids short term hype, focusing instead on how automation can provide reliable results over many years. As a junior developer, you will be mentored by experienced professionals while working on real world projects that assist our partners abroad. The role is fully remote, giving you the autonomy to manage your tasks in an environment that values concentration and precision. What you will do

• Write and maintain Python scripts to handle repetitive data tasks across our investment platforms.
• Assist in the deployment of automated workflows that support our current projects with our partner in Riyadh.
• Monitor internal systems to ensure that data flows remain accurate and uninterrupted.
• Document technical steps for every automation to ensure that the team can audit and understand the logic used.
• Perform testing on new tools to verify they meet our standards for reliability and security.
• Update existing software components to reflect changes in our data sources or research requirements.
• Participate in team discussions about technical strategy and how to improve existing digital processes.
• Conduct basic research into new automation libraries that could improve our internal efficiency.
